According to a company news release from Lipari Foods based in Michigan- I and K Distributors in Delphos will close- and all of its operations will be moved to Warren Michigan.

An area food distribution center will be closing its doors by the end of this year.

According to a company news release from Lipari Foods based in Michigan- I and K Distributors in Delphos will close- and all of its operations will be moved to Warren Michigan.

Lipari Foods acquired I and K last month.

The company says it expects the transition to take about 5 months- and should have the Delphos plant closed by September- which will affect about 150 employees.
