18 year-old Deshawn Porter of Lima was taken into custody on suspicion of felonious assault- and those charges could change.

Lima Police are investigating a shooting that has now turned fatal from this past weekend.

19 year-old Isiah Smith of Columbus was shot in the head on Sunday night just before 8pm in the 13-hundred block of West High Street.

He died from those injuries on Monday morning.

A second victim- 35 year-old Santario Simpson of Lima- was shot in the leg- and it is not considered to be life threatening.

18 year-old Deshawn Porter of Lima was taken into custody on suspicion of felonious assault- and those charges could change.

Anyone with any information on the incident should call Lima Police.
