18 indictments were announced against owners and managers of the restaurants.

Federal authorities have released more information on the raids that took place around northwest Ohio and southern Indiana IHOP restaurants last September- including the Lima location.

A press conference took place in Toledo on Wednesday.

18 indictments were announced against owners and managers of the restaurants.

The main name in the case was Tarek Elkafrawi- known as Terry Elk- who owns the Toledo and Findlay locations.
