Family members who arrived at the scene said the occupant- Kimberly Archer- was at Saint Rita's for a matter not related to the fire.

Bath Township Crews along with the Sheriff's Office responded to a house fire call just before 6 on Thursday morning.

Initial reports said there may have been someone trapped inside- but after a search of about 10 minutes- it was determined that no one was inside the residence on Ford Avenue.

Family members who arrived at the scene said the occupant- Kimberly Archer- was at Saint Rita's for a matter not related to the fire.

The fire is under investigation- and no suspicious activity is being reported.
