Man Sought for False Emergency Call in Celina

A number was traced to 29 year-old John Walsh of Marion, Indiana.

Preliminary charges have been filed by Celina Police against a man from Indiana- for placing a false emergency call last week.

The call detailed that a child had been seen being held down by an adult in Grand Lake.

When rescue crews arrived last Wednesday- nothing was found to support the call.

A number was traced to 29 year-old John Walsh of Marion, Indiana.

He was contacted by authorities- and initially denied any involvement.

Celina Police are still seeking him to come in for more questioning.
