One of the topics on hand was the Rule of Three- which deals with the number of qualified applicants that would be eligible for upcoming jobs.
Committee Chair Paige Townsend commented on the current Rule of Three and if it needs to be expanded.
The Committee voted to change The Rule of Three and instead implement a new Rule of Ten.
