A man from Paulding was killed Sunday afternoon when he was struck in Paulding Township while repairing his truck's wheel.
63 year-old Paul Keeler had stopped off the right side of northbound U.S. 127, just north of State Rt. 613, about 2 p.m. after his pickup truck lost its front left wheel.
