John Nixon commented on the situation surrounding the accident where a car slammed into a crowd of people- and injured up to 30 people- last week.

Lima's city council president- who acts as the city's mayor when Dave Berger is away- is considering changing parking policies when it comes to the weekly "Rally in the Square" in downtown Lima on Friday nights.

No charges have been filed against the unidentified driver- as the investigation continues. Police have stated that the situation was most likely accidental.
