The Police Department in Columbus Grove says 65 year-old Paul Vaughn was southbound on Broadway Street when he failed to yield to the crossings flashing lights.
Charges are pending against the driver of a Ford Ranger- who ended up colliding with a C-S-X train in Columbus Grove on Wednesday afternoon.

The train hit his truck on the driver's side.
Vaughn was taken to Lima Memorial with injuries.
A passenger with him was not hurt.
