Man from Michigan Caught after Holding Up Gas Station in Findlay

Findlay Police say 30 year-old Robert Reese of Belleville, Michigan, entered the store just after 1am wearing a black mask and holding a gun.

A man from Michigan is in custody for aggravated robbery after he allegedly fired shots during a holdup of Imperial Marathon on West Main Cross in Findlay on Tuesday morning.

Findlay Police say 30 year-old Robert Reese of Belleville, Michigan, entered the store just after 1am wearing a black mask and holding a gun.

He allegedly demanded cash and cartons of cigarettes. The clerk complied as he took an undetermined amount of money and cigarette cartons.

Police say several shots were fired during the robbery- but no one was injured. Reese tried to flee the scene but was caught by officers.
