Nekosha James-Mitchell was found guilty of fradulently billing the department of Job and Family Services for daycare work and monies claimed for food for the kids.
Attorney General Mike DeWine praised all involved in the case that led to a conviction this week of a Lima woman who was found guilty on 13 criminal counts.
