Former Lima Senior student, and 17 year-old Paul Minor Junior, appeared along with his attorney- Michael Dugan.

A case surrounding a bomb threat called in to 9-1-1 dispatchers back in early March was in Allen County Common Pleas Court on Wednesday morning.

Former Lima Senior student, and 17 year-old Paul Minor Junior, appeared along with his attorney- Michael Dugan.

The prosecution said a plea was offered- that would charge Minor with one count of inducing panic- and drop a second count of vandalism.

Dugan said that they have turned down that plea deal.
