The area got some much needed rainfall- but with that was thunder- lightning- and power outages.

It was déjà vu all over again yesterday afternoon for some in Lima- Allen County- as well as Paulding and Putnam Counties.

The area got some much needed rainfall- but with that was thunder- lightning- and power outages.

Several traffic lights were without power in Lima, including areas along Market Street, and outages along High and Spring streets.

American Electric Power reported that over 1,200 were without power in Allen County- a little over 1,000 in Paulding County and close to 200 were without it in Putnam County.
