Richard Eppstein- president of the BBB of Northwestern Ohio-Southeastern Michigan- talked about the merger and the fact that Lima's BBB will still serve Lima Residents.

Some changes coming for the BBB- but you probably won't even notice.

The Better Business Bureau serving West Central Ohio and the Better Business Bureau of Northwestern Ohio and Southeastern Michigan have agreed to merge.

Richard Eppstein- president of the BBB of Northwestern Ohio-Southeastern Michigan- talked about the merger and the fact that Lima's BBB will still serve Lima Residents.

Both Eppstein and Neil Winget feel this is a win-win situation for the businesses and consumers of the areas they serve.
