A teenager from Hardin County- who was one of close to 70 injured in the shooting massacre in Colorado last week- is back home.

18 year-old Gage Hankins was at the midnight opening of "The Dark Knight Rises."

Hankins is from Forest, and is recovering from surgery to remove four pieces of shrapnel from an arm. He was in Colorado attending a conference for kids who stutter when they speak.

He told media members at a press conference Monday that he has a more positive view of life and hopes others will pray the gunman receives help to understand the severity of his actions.
