17 year-old Paul Miner Junior pleaded guilty to one count of inducing panic- and prosecutors will drop a second count of vandalism.

A plea deal has been reached in a local case involving a former student phoning in a bomb threat- that led to the evacuation of Lima Senior High School back in March.

17 year-old Paul Miner Junior pleaded guilty to one count of inducing panic- and prosecutors will drop a second count of vandalism.

The inducing panic charge is a second degree felony- and Miner could get 2 to 8 years in prison.

Judge Richard Warren scolded Miner in the courtroom on Tuesday.

Just 2 weeks ago- Miner and his attorney rejected a plea deal with prosecutors. Sentencing will take place on September 6th.
