It was held outside the OSU Extension office - and those in attendance got a visit from Ohio State University President Dr. E-Gordon Gee.

Yesterday afternoon the Hardin County Healthy Lifestyles Coalition held a special kickoff event called "Get Out- Get Up- Get Moving".

The event included physical and nutrition activities for 3 and 4 year olds and their parents and guardians.

It was held outside the OSU Extension office - and those in attendance got a visit from Ohio State University President Dr. E-Gordon Gee.

A Report released last year by the Ohio Department of Health's third grade B-M-I- stated that Hardin County ranked number 1 in the rate of childhood obesity.
