Judge Richard Warren denied the request- and after the hearing- Ream showed his frustration by hinting he would no longer speak to Donohue.
A pre trial hearing took place yesterday in the case of the state versus James Ream in Allen County Court.
Ream is accused of killing his brother Ronald last October in Shawnee Township.
Ream believes he is being misrepresented and wanted Judge Richard Warren to appoint him with new counsel.
Ream's attorney- Greg Donohue- believes he has represented his client to his fullest potential.
