A driver failed to stop for oncoming traffic in Putnam County last night- resulting in a car and a semi coming together.
The State Patrol says Edwin Ketner of Ottawa was westbound on Road Q- and failed to yield to the semi going southbound on Road 4 near Pandora.

Ketner was cited for failure to yield.
