A new general manager of the Allen County Fair has been announced.

Jay Begg is in the midst of his 17th and final fair- since he'll be running un-opposed for county commissioner in November.

David Grimm- who was the previous G-M of the Champlain Valley Exposition in Essex Junction Vermont- will officially start on October 1st.

Grimm is a native of Ottawa County- and has been active in national and regional fair and expositions.
