Extra enforcement by area sheriffs departments and the state highway patrol will be on area roadways now through Labor Day.
A special presentation took place on Thursday as part of the many things going on at the Allen County Fair.
"Drive sober or get pulled over" was stressed by area law enforcement- the Allen East SADD skit performers- and regular citizens who have lost loved ones due to drunk drivers.
One of the speakers was Brian Anderson- a pilot and paramedic from life-flight.
