Lima Mayor Dave Berger is also stressing patience for drivers- and all members of the community- as they get used to the new flow of traffic on Spring- and on Elm- later on this month.
As soon as the Labor Day holiday is over- Spring Street in Lima will become a 2-way street.
Preparations are already in place for the street to open to 2-way traffic- first thing on Tuesday morning- according to city of Lima engineer Kirk Niemeyer.
