A motorcycle accident took place in Allen County on Saturday night.

The state patrol says 46 year-old Brian K Odenweller of Lima was northbound on state route 65 on a 2004 Harley Davidson motorcycle- approaching the overpass for U-S 30.

Odenweller lost control of the motorcycle, went left of center and was ejected- along with the 28 year old passenger, Kaylee Zimmerman of Lima

The motorcycle hit the overpass and rolled into the southbound traffic where the motorcycle was struck by 50 year old Carey Blevins in a Chrysler PT cruiser.  Odenweller and Zimmerman were transported to St Rita’s.

Alcohol was a factor in the crash.
