The state patrol says 50 year-old James Dysinger from Jackson Township was not wearing his seat belt- and was pronounced dead on the scene.
A Van Wert County man was killed yesterday morning when his pick-up truck rammed into the back of a dump truck- that was stopped for traffic- on State Route 111.

The driver of the dump truck was 54 year-old Stanley Alford of Antwerp- and he was not injured.
Alcohol is not believed to be a factor- as the crash remains under investigation.
