Despite objection from the prosecution- Judge Richard Warren granted the request by 20 year-old Xavier Arrick and his lawyer- Andrew King- on Tuesday morning.
A Lima man is getting out of prison early- after serving close to 2-and-a-half years of a 3 year sentence.
Despite objection from the prosecution- Judge Richard Warren granted the request by 20 year-old Xavier Arrick and his lawyer- Andrew King- on Tuesday morning.
Judge Warren took into consideration several factors- including Arrick's health issues with diabetes- and material he received about Arrick's background.
Arrick was involved in the shooting that lead to the death of 16 year-old Eric Armstead.
He was the driver that took several other suspects to the scene in August of 2010.
He is now on 3 years community control- and any other violation will land him back in jail.
