County Treasurer Jim Link said there was good news and bad news when it comes to the county's economy- and some of the bad news is a budget deficit in interest income for the year.
The Allen County Investment Committee held its quarterly meeting last week.

Link did say that county auditor Rhonda Eddy-Steinecker said that some bonds were re-financed- in order to save some money.
