Trucks Collide on I-75 Late Sun Night

A pickup truck and a commercial truck were involved in the accident, which was reported just after 11pm in the southbound lanes of I-75, about two miles north of the state route 235 exit.

At least one person is dead following an accident and fire involving two trucks on I-75 in Hancock County late Sunday night.

A pickup truck and a commercial truck were involved in the accident, which was reported just after 11pm in the southbound lanes of I-75, about two miles north of the state route 235 exit.

Early reports indicated a northbound pickup truck crossed over the median and struck a southbound commercial truck.

At least one of the vehicles rolled over and caught fire after the collision.

The southbound lanes were completely closed to traffic following the crash. One of those lanes was re-opened by 2:30am.
