They will use the grant funds to focus on traffic-related fatal crashes- alcohol related crashes and safety belt enforcement on the major highways and local roadways in Allen County.
Allen County Sheriff Sam Crish has announced that the Ohio Department of Public Safety’s office of Criminal Justice Services has awarded more than $50,000 in federal safety funding to the Sheriff’s Office.
They will use the grant funds to focus on traffic-related fatal crashes- alcohol related crashes and safety belt enforcement on the major highways and local roadways in Allen County.
The funds are passed through the Office of Criminal Justice Services from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
