A few amendments were added to the lease agreement- including taking out a need to obtain casualty insurance- and that LACNIP needs to come back every year and report how their doing.
Lima City Council’s Neighborhood Concerns Committee met last night for the second time- regarding LACNIP’s lease for Fire House number 4- and this time it was approved by a 3 to nothing vote by committee members..
LACNIP President Nell Lester- explained what it will mean to have a central place to hold events and fundraisers.
