Lima Memorial Health Systems and the Ohio Nurses Association have announced the ratification of a new 2-year contract.

The new agreement is designed to improve patient care- including tuition reimbursement- and incentives for nurses working to further their education.

The new collective bargaining agreement was ratified by the Lima Professional Nurses Association on November 2nd.
