60 intersections with traffic lights are now on a new coordinated and computerized signal system.

Lima City Engineer Kirk Niemeyer talked about how the time had come for an upgrade- and how residents had voiced concerns in the past.

The signal upgrade is part of the city's 5 phase plan on street and traffic renovations.
