Mayor David Berger said that the bill would ultimately hurt cities.
Last night during a Lima City Council session- members voted six to two in favor to oppose a resolution for the passage of Ohio House Bill 601 in its second reading.
Mayor David Berger said that the bill would ultimately hurt cities.
If House Bill 601 passed- it would establish one uniform definition for income taxation by municipalities- as opposed to the way it is now- where each individual city and village determines those definitions.
