Webb will talk about his bout with stomach cancer- in a speech at Lima Central Catholic.
Webb is the former Parks and Recreation manager for the city of Lima.
His speech is set for next Wednesday at LCC's Great Hall.
Tickets for the speech are 10-dollars- and proceeds will go to LCC.
