The Ohio Department of Transportation held a meeting last night at Liberty Benton High School with property owners who will be affected by the projected increase in highway noise from a plan to widen Interstate 75 through Hancock County and the City of Findlay.

Property owners were invited to the meeting and were given the opportunity to determine if they wish to have noise walls placed in their residential area- the type of noise wall they prefer- and also the texture and color that they prefer.

Residents of the effected areas have until January 6th to turn in their votes.
