Last night during Lima City Council- members voted yes on a contract agreement with the American Federation of State-County-and Municipal Employees that will modify their wages and health benefit plan.

Council President- John Nixon was glad to see the contract pass.

The issue passed by a 6 to 1 vote- with a no vote from councilman Kurt Neeper- and an abstention from Councilman Derry Glenn.
