One of Saul Allen's main concerns was with private contractors- or citizens who have snow plows on their own trucks.

The man who heads up the Lima Street Department- Saul Allen- talked about getting cooperation from city residents- when it comes to major snow storms- and assisting crews to be able to clear city streets.

He also touched on parking on one side of the street- if possible- when snow begins to pile up.

Allen was at the Mayor's weekly press conference on Wednesday.
