Council Approves Charter Amendments for Voters

Council President John Nixon explained the most significant change that will come with the new Amendments, which deals with the city Auditor position.

Last night during Lima City Council- members voted to pass an ordinance regarding proposed Charter Amendments to the Electors of the City- that will be on the May Ballot.

Nixon also put forth a proposal to have a plaque with the members of the Charter Review Committee names be put up in Council Chambers- due to the fact that the review took five years to complete.
