At Lima Mayor Dave Berger's weekly press conference on Wednesday- the 4 new and recently sworn-in officers of the Lima Police Department were officially introduced to the public.
At Lima Mayor Dave Berger's weekly press conference on Wednesday- the 4 new and recently sworn-in officers of the Lima Police Department were officially introduced to the public.
Officer Scott Luedeke is originally from Saint Mary's, and Officer Steven Torrez- a native of Utah- said he's looking forward to new challenges.
Officer Ben Thompson and Officer Edward Short were also on hand.
They were sworn in a few weeks ago- and are ready to learn about and help the community.
Officer Thompson said he's ready to get on the beat.
Officer Short is originally from Georgia- but he's happy to be in Lima.
