No fatal crashes in 2012 happened during any of the peak holiday travel times.

Law enforcement and other area officials gathered for a press conference on Friday- as they went over the fatal crash summary report for Allen County for last year.

There were 7 fatal crashes in 2012 on area roadways.

County Coroner Doctor Gary Beasley said the planning commission along with the coalition of law enforcement has made a difference in getting crashes and accident numbers down.

No fatal crashes in 2012 happened during any of the peak holiday travel times.
