On Tuesday night- Shelby County Sheriff's Deputies arrested a man who was in the process of burglarizing an unoccupied residence on Miami River Road in Sidney.

40 year-old Douglas Wolaver's cell phone also revealed his hiding location- since it was beeping due to a low battery.
