A man who is facing burglary-related charges in Hancock County was sentenced for another crime he pleaded guilty to in Allen County on Thursday morning.
27 year-old Robert Leatherman of Findlay grabbed and using a fire extinguisher at the Regal Cinemas in American Township back in early November.
Leatherman's attorney explained to Judge David Cheney that his legal problems and criminal acts were a result of heroin and Percocet abuse.
Cheney sentenced him to 2 years of community control- and ordered him to pay restitution.
Leatherman was awarded jail time credit for serving 95 days in the Allen County Jail.
