6 family medicine practices under Saint Rita’s Professional Services have been awarded recognition by the National Committee for Quality Assurance and Patient Centered Medical Home Program.

Those practices are Martz and Martin- Family Medicine Associates- Primary Care Associates- Spencerville Physicians- Klass Family Medicine in Glandorf- and Family and Sports Medicine in Ottawa.
