City Engineer Kirk Niemeyer explained that there shouldn’t be any major delays or disruptions for business owners during the project.
A public informational meeting was held at City Hall last night regarding Phase two reconstruction of Elizabeth Street and West Street from Elm to Wayne Street.

The Project is expected to begin July of this year and should wrap up by the fall.
