The state patrol said the driver of one of the vehicles- Timothy Daggs of Saginaw Michigan- fell asleep at the wheel- went left of center- and struck a commercial vehicle.

A 2-car roll-over crash took place on Friday afternoon on state route 115 in Putnam County.

The state patrol said the driver of one of the vehicles- Timothy Daggs of Saginaw Michigan- fell asleep at the wheel- went left of center- and struck a commercial vehicle.

Daggs vehicle rolled several times.

He was taken to Saint Rita's- where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries.

The driver of the commercial vehicle was not injured.

Daggs was cited- and alcohol was not a factor in the crash.
