More Hearings Set for Man Who Attacked Lima Police Officers
29 year-old Ryan Mcaleer is facing a felony charge of fleeing and eluding, and a charge of reckless operation of a motor vehicle. A State Highway Patrol air plane assisted with locating the vehicle north of Mount Cory.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol has confirmed that a suspect is in custody following a high-speed chase on Sunday.

The patrol was assisted by the Hancock County Sheriff's Department and the Bluffton Police Department in the pursuit of a black B-M-W with tinted windows and Michigan license plates.

29 year-old Ryan Mcaleer is facing a felony charge of fleeing and eluding, and a charge of reckless operation of a motor vehicle.

A State Highway Patrol air plane assisted with locating the vehicle north of Mount Cory.

The chase reached speeds of 120 miles per hour.

The suspect eventually fled on foot through a field- was caught- and arrested.
