During an Economic and Community Development Committee meeting of Lima City Council last night- and update regarding the new Whittier Place homes New Lima Housing Project was given.

They are now offering a lease purchase product- requiring new home owners to be in the first time home buyers program- and then have two years to get everything together to purchase the home.
