The Sheriff’s Office reports that a car going westbound on State Route 613 went left of center- and struck an oncoming vehicle in Portage Township.

A 2-car crash sent several people to the hospital in Hancock County on Friday.

The Sheriff’s Office reports that a car going westbound on State Route 613 went left of center- and struck an oncoming vehicle in Portage Township.

24 year-old Joshua Cain of Leipsic (LIP-sick) was operating the car going westbound..

He struck a car operated by 41 year-old Zoila (zo-E-la) Martinez de Hernandez of Bowling Green.

She and her passenger- 58 year-old Gladys Rodriguez- also of Bowling Green- were extricated by mechanical means.

Cain was cited for going left of center.
