The State Patrol says 55 year-old Timothy Rigdon was southbound on an A-T-V around 12-30 in the morning- when he was ejected after striking a concrete culvert- and was thrown into a catch basin filled with water.
A Spencerville man was killed on Sunday morning in an accident on Kill Road- south of Landeck Road.

Alcohol is believed to be a factor- as the accident is still under investigation.
