When authorities arrived just after 10pm-the suspect exited the home- with a weapon in hand.

Shots were fired- after authorities responded to a 911 call on Derrick Street in Saint Mary's on Wednesday night.

The caller indicated he was going to shoot whoever came to the home..

When authorities arrived just after 10pm-the suspect exited the home- with a weapon in hand.

An unidentified man was shot- and taken to Joint Township Memorial Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The case is still under investigation.
