In the category of Health Outcomes- Allen County is 35th among the 88 Ohio Counties.

How does Lima and Allen County rank among other counties and communities when it comes to overall health issues?

Those numbers were shared on Wednesday by officials at the Allen County Health Department.

In the category of Health Outcomes- Allen County is 35th among the 88 Ohio Counties.

Health Commissioner Kathy Luhn said there are some good trends- but also some concerns that need to be addressed.

One of those areas is Activate Allen County- and the Creating Healthy Communities grant-funded initiative.
